It's back to school for me...

Summer is nearly over! For some of you lucky people, school is still a while away. Tomorrow is the start of school for me (and Riya of The Teen Book Guru as well!! We go to the same school– no questions please).

I'm. Going. To. Be. A. Junior.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around that. 11th Grade. Senior School. In my school it means being a white shirt. Goodbye comfy blue shirt and hello starchy white shirt which I look terrible in. Yeah, I need to do something about that.

ANYWAY, this coming year's gonna be tough. The IB program is well, as my teacher put it, strenuous. But I have hope! I'm taking English Literature higher, so that does mean a LOT of reading. Yay, Reading! Boo, having to memorize stuff from it! Other subjects I'm taking: Geography (higher), Theatre (higher), Math (standard), French (standard), STS [Science, Technology, Society] (standard).

I will of course still be blogging though. I'm not letting you guys go that easy ;D. I've got a ton of reviews coming up, but my reading may be a little slower than usual because of the whole school commitment reading thing. So, again BOO! On the positive side however, that does let me have time to catch up with 65-ish reviews. YES, it has gotten out of hand.

Okay, well, that's it I guess for my "last" post for summer!! Hope those of you still on holiday that you're having a WONDERFUL summer, and for those of you (like me) who have school starting soon, good luck for the new school year! Make it count :D

  4. I have no understanding of the US school system... to me a Junior sounds like someone very young! :-) Hope it goes well.
