Confessions of a Readaholic: Liebster Award

Hey Guys!


I've been nominated three times for the Liebster Award. I know, THREE?! I think people really love me. So thank you so much to Emma @ Lost in a YA Book, Kelly @ The Bookscape Report and Marie @ Ramblings of a Daydreamer :D The Liebster Award is awarded to those blogs with less than 200 followers.


so the rules for this award is as follows:

Best of the Bunch – August 2011


Best of the Bunch is an award which was created by Lyrical over at Lyrical Reviews. It's to award the most amazing book that you've read this month. And this month, the winner of the Best of the Bunch award is...

Sometimes sorry isn't enough....

It’s winter break in Ascension, Maine. The snow is falling and everything looks pristine and peaceful. But not all is as it seems...

But that’s nothing compared to what’s really haunting him. Chase has done something cruel...something the perfect guy he pretends to be would never do. And it’s only a matter of time before he’s exposed.
In Ascension, mistakes can be deadly. And three girls—three beautiful, mysterious girls—are here to choose who will pay.
Em and Chase have been chosen.
I hadn't read too many books this month, with school starting and all, but it was difficult picking between Fury and another book Clean by Amy Reed. But I found Clean very sad and quite depressing, while Fury had much more action. But I loved both :)

Confessions of a Readaholic: Seven Facts Award

I received another amazing award, this one from Nadea of Candy Chapstick! It's the Seven Facts Award! Thank you so much! I love it so much :) and here's what I have to do!

1. I'm the oldest child :)
2. I got the title of this blog (Confessions of a Readaholic) right after watching Confessions of a Shopaholic.
3. I used to have chickens as pets.
4. I have a toy bear named Boog (from Open Season) and an orange moose named Vector (after the Despicable Me character).
5. I have an obsession with Ben and Jerry's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream.
6. I have a scrapbook for Confessions of a Readaholic (I should do a "tour" of that soon :P).
7. Right now, I'm listening to Taylor Swift's song, Haunted.

Okay, so here are the random 7 things about me:

1. I'm currently attending my 9th school...and I'm in the 9th Grade.
2. My Top 5 Fave Bands/Singers are: Paramore, Within Temptation, Evanescence, Eminem and The Pierces.
3. I have a really cute teddy bear who is from the animated movie Open Season, and I named him Boog (just like the movie character).
4. I just watched Inception and Shutter Island recently.
5. I ADORE Logan Lerman :D.
6. I should be doing my homework now (oops...).
7. I love reading! (lol that wasn't so random).
