"Waiting on Wednesday" is a weekly meme by Breaking the Spine. It's to spotlight upcoming reads which I'm DYING to read!
A Book I Can't Wait for:
Talent Chronicles: Heroes 'Til Curfew
by Susan Bischoff
Publication Date: 2011
(from Goodreads, unofficial blurb)
How do you impress a girl who can toss dumpsters around with her brain, when all your invisibility Talent makes you great at is hiding? As Dylan ponders this, Joss finds herself mired deep in "he likes me, he likes me not" territory. While our super couple dances awkwardly around their feelings, NIAC's mysterious undercover agent is sending away more Talents than ever. It's the perfect climate of fear for Marco to draw these scared kids to his cause as he plots both his revenge, and a crime wave that sweeps over the town of Fairview, threatening Joss's family business and the safety of all Talents, good and bad. Joss and Dylan have to decide if they're going to stand up or step aside. Is it worth risking their freedom? Or each other?
OMG, I Just finished reading Hush Money the first book in this series (review coming up soon!) and I LOVED IT! One of the best (if not only) Superhero books I've read! and isn't this cover gorgeous?? Love it!
