"Teaser Tuesdays" is a weekly meme hosted by Should Be Reading. Just do the following:
Here's My Teaser:
Had she been waiting for me? I realized that I didn't even know if there was a curfew around her, but I couldn't be late if when there were still other kids outside.
She closed Slaughterhouse Five - in my opinion, one of the most painful books on any high school reading list, but for some reason all the agency people seemed to get into it - and greeted me with a smile.

- Grab your current read
- Open to a random page
- Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
- BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
- Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
